The best way to send items to the newsletter is by e-mail attachment. Items are also accepted on CD. The following text file formats are accepted:

plain text (.txt)

rich text format (.rtf)

Microsoft Word document (.doc)

There is no need to format text—don’t centre the headings, use fancy fonts, and so on (all formatting will be discarded when the newsletter styles are applied).

Pictures can be in any common format. You don’t need to resize or crop them or make them greyscale—the editor will take care of this.

Microsoft Works and Publisher files are not accepted

floppy disks are not accepted
